1. 이용하는 Google 사용자 데이터
씬메이커는 사용자가 YouTube 계정 연결을 직접 실행한 경우에만 다음 권한을 요청합니다.
youtube.upload: 사용자가 선택한 영상을 사용자 본인 채널에 업로드youtube.readonly: 연결한 채널의 이름·ID 확인, 업로드한 영상의 제목·공개 범위·처리 상태 확인
2. 이용 목적
위 데이터는 업로드 실행과 업로드 결과 확인에만 사용합니다. 광고, 프로파일링, 판매, 제3자 제공, AI 모델 학습에는 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 저장과 보관
- OAuth 인증 토큰과 채널 정보는 사용자의 컴퓨터에 있는 앱 데이터 폴더에만 저장합니다.
- 개발자 서버로 Google 사용자 데이터를 전송하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
- 사용자가 앱에서 계정 연결을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다.
4. 접근 권한 철회
언제든지 Google 계정 권한 페이지에서 씬메이커의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
5. Google 정책 준수
씬메이커가 Google API에서 받은 정보를 사용·이전하는 방식은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다. 씬메이커는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용하며, 사용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관의 적용을 받습니다. Google의 데이터 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 문의
English — Privacy Policy
Data accessed. Only when the user starts the YouTube connection, SceneMaker requests youtube.upload (to upload videos the user selects to the user's own channel) and youtube.readonly (to read the connected channel's name and ID and the title, privacy status and processing status of uploaded videos).
Use. This data is used only to perform uploads and show upload results. It is not used for advertising, profiling, sale, transfer to third parties, or training AI models.
Storage. OAuth tokens and channel information are stored only in the app data folder on the user's computer. Google user data is not sent to or stored on developer servers. Removing the account in the app or deleting app data deletes it.
Revocation. Users can revoke access at any time at Google Account permissions.
Compliance. SceneMaker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. SceneMaker uses YouTube API Services; users are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
